Can I pick up my Order directly from Scentiment?
Scentiment is a purely online business, therefore all orders are exclusively by delivery.
How long does it take for the delivery of my order?
For everyone to enjoy the best experience, we cannot prepare your order before we are sure that it is a serious order. And the only way to know it, is by getting paid for this order. So, the correct time you must look into is between the moment we receive your EFT details, and the moment you get your parcel delivered. Expect it to be between 3 and 5 working days.
Can I get a refund?
As you can understand, we don't do refunds on a product that is so volatile and so personal.
What if my products are damaged during delivery?
The best way to prove that your parcel has been damaged is to take pictures of it at the Postnet office, and send us pictures of it, as well as pictures of the damaged goods. These will be replaced at no cost for you upon receipt of the damage units.
